Stayed at this fancy place with a private pool and spa. Had the most amazing massages and facials at the full-service spa, and enjoyed hiking and cycling nearby. Free WiFi was a plus.

Couldn't figure out how to turn up the temperature in the hot tub. So frustrating.

I chose this hotel for a seminar and was pleased with the additional amenities provided, including a coffee/tea maker, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. They were all in good condition and made my stay more convenient.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center or workspace. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could work and have access to a computer and printer.
